Ask about hygiene
You can ask how towels, the massage table and treatment materials are prepared when booking. Mention sensitive skin, allergies or particular hygiene needs before you arrive, so the branch can discuss them with you.
Oils and treatment materials
The menu includes oil massage, hot stones, scrubs, honey and bath options. Ask which ingredients and fragrances will be used. Do not assume that a treatment with the same name uses identical materials at both locations.

Khatai is on Fazail Bayramov Street and opens daily from 12:00 to 00:00. Open the map to check your route. Ask the team about the current branch menu and whether your preferred treatment is available.
Wait for your appointment confirmation
Include the treatment, duration, location and preferred time in your WhatsApp message. A team member confirms the booking. Monthly membership prices and terms are agreed individually; gift cards have a separate order enquiry.
